So what exactly is the RBF Fitness Permanent Fat Loss Program?
You see, I've been experimenting with my clients lately and I've stumbled upon a better way to burn fat and inches off their bodies and KEEP IT OFF...PERMANENTLY!!!
It's a combination of working out in a short burst, high intensity kind of way and a manipulation (for a lack of a better word) of your eating habits
– NOT A DIET
But here's the coolest part of this thing... the results come FAST. In fact, You will notice lasting changes in only 21 days and the results are amazing.
I can only offer this program to people who are seriously interested in burning a lot of body fat and keeping it off. This program is strict, the accountability is fierce, and what we expect from you is nothing less than your best every day...NO EXCUSES!!
1. You must workout a minimum of 4 days per week (gym or home)
2. You must do a 1 hour run/walk/hike/swim each week in addition to the workouts. (can be broken up over multiple days)
3. You must log your goals, weigh ins, measurements in our tracking app
4. You must log EVERYTHING that you eat in a handwritten food journal (handwriting keeps you more accountable)
5. You must drink a MINIMUM of 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water per day
6. You need to complete all necessary tasks as assigned by your fitness coach
7. You must be available for the Thursday 8pm check in meetings via Zoom (online) each week. (arrangements can be made for work schedule conflicts)
8. You must complete the additional at home workouts when given, no excuses.
9. You must take weekly progress photos and upload into our tracking app
